WHY ECORE.
WHY NOW.
A 90-day plan to take OSSTrax from proven D3 indoor and outdoor wins to written specs across the Western territory, starting from a Dallas base.
01 · The gap and the opportunity
Proven product. Open territory.
Where Ecore wins today
- D3 outdoor and indoor track (Wilmington, Heidelberg, Muskingum)
- Western rec and athletic interiors: San Diego State, Arizona State (possible outdoor project — unconfirmed), UNLV
- 13.5mm OSSTrax-Elite carries World Athletics certification
- Dan O'Brien Gold Medalist endorsement gives instant credibility with coaches
Where Ecore is missing
- Outdoor high school stadium tracks funded by ISD bonds
- City parks, community tracks and joint-use facilities
- Private tennis and padel courts
- Architect guide specs that default to poured PU rather than precast systems
- Installer and dealer education on outdoor projects
Hover to see the channel that closes it
Why now
- Texas districts put 100+ bond proposals on the May 2026 ballot alone
- November 2026 bonds (Cy-Fair, Comal, Lake Travis athletics) are decided next week (November 3, 2026)
- Every passed bond opens a 6 to 18 month window before a track gets specified

02 · Territory
One territory, four speeds
Texas and Oklahoma are the beachhead. The rest of the West gets mapped and seeded in the first 90 days so the pipeline is regional from day one.

Texas + Oklahoma
TX · OK
- 90-day goal

Possible operating rhythm from Dallas · after onboarding
| Month 1 | Local | DFW, Austin, Houston, San Antonio and OKC by car |
|---|---|---|
| Month 2 | Fly | Phoenix + Southern California |
| Month 3 | Local | Architect lunch-and-learns and installer ride-alongs |
| Timing TBD | Fly | Denver + Salt Lake City |
| Timing TBD | Local | Installer trainings and joint pursuits on Western jobs |
| Timing TBD | Fly | Bay Area + Seattle / Vancouver |
Draft travel table has unresolved timing, including a Month 6 / Month 3 entry. The 13-week plan below follows the First 90 Days milestones; trip dates will be aligned after onboarding.
DFW has nonstop service to every preferred major-city market.
Illustrative 13-week plan
Road rule
2+ in-person contacts per travel day with an architect, installer, AD or facilities lead. A trip is booked only once its first days are filled. Six 3-day Western trips put at least 36 contacts on the calendar; Texas road days follow the same standard.
03 · Proof
The story every coach can repeat
Stadium records broken at the 2025 OAC Outdoor Championships, Wilmington College
Broken within months of installation, through rain and lightning delays across two days of competition. Installed by GeoSurfaces Midwest in August 2024. The template for the West: a named installer partner, a hosted championship, and a number people remember.

- System
- OSSTrax prefab rubber
- Thickness
- 12 mm
- Footprint
- ~64,000 sq ft
- Colors
- Two custom school greens
04 · Why Ecore campaign
Four audiences, four reasons
A kit I build for my own pursuits and use to educate installers and partners, so they sell OSSTrax the same way I do.
Same surface, every lane, every meet. Train safer.
- Consistent traction in rain and heat
- Energy return and force reduction athletes feel
- Dan O'Brien Decathlon Gold Medalist endorsement
- 22 records at Wilmington
Asset I'd build · 1-page coach card + sample tile for clinics

Mondo replacement-window feed · aging contracts only
One feed, aimed only at aging contracts. Mondo outdoor installs in the territory, compiled from published project pages, award lists and past board approvals, sorted by install year.
- Tracks approaching the end of their surface life go on a visit list
- Reach the AD and facilities lead before the resurfacing scope is written
- Lead with lifecycle, safety and performance, not competitor criticism
Example record type: Ponderosa HS (Shingle Springs, CA), an ASBA award winner for an outdoor Super X Performance upgrade.
Sample board built from public records found while researching this model (TDLR, BoardBook, bond coverage). Stages are approximate and would be confirmed before outreach; November election funding is not yet confirmed.
06 · Channels
Six ways in
07 · Vault & jumps grassroots
Win the jumps and vault community
UCS Spirit National Pole Vault Summit
Reno, NV · every January
Thousands of vaulters, from youth to pros, plus their coaches and parents, from across the country. One weekend gives more face time with the vault community than months of cold outreach.
- →Proposed Ecore surface on elite runways, with possible giveaways
- →Meet club owners and high school coaches from every Western state
- →Follow-ups entered into Salesforce at the event; proposed raffle for a World Athletics runway
Texas anchor event
Jump Smart Showcase
Dallas, TX · December 12
Premier Dallas jumps showcase connecting athletes, university recruiters and the jumps community.
- →Collaborate with the event on onsite Ecore athlete testimonials
- →Proposed flooring donation or discounted sale after the event
- 37
- Universities attended to recruit last year
- 73
- Performances met MileSplit US Second Team Standard last year
Street vaults
Downtown and beach vault exhibitions bring the event to crowds. Rollout Runway goes down on pavement or elevated runways in minutes, puts the product in photos and video, and gets tested by real vaulters at full speed. Social-media collaborations are a must.
Vault & jumps clubs
Private clubs are both an audience and a customer. They buy runway and approach surfaces, and their coaches advise the high schools their athletes attend.
Explore meets like Athlos
Research athlete-focused meets like Athlos, especially across the West. Build a shortlist, learn who organizes them, and explore where Ecore could fit. Start with conversations, not sponsorship commitments.
Field testing for roll-out surfaces
Every one of these events is a live test of Rollout Runway and portable OSSTrax sections: outdoor and elevated runway setups, spikes and hundreds of approaches in a weekend. I bring back athlete and coach feedback, photos and video for Product and Marketing, and the clubs that use it become reference accounts — or new customers who want the material.

Event sponsorships and booth costs come from Marketing. My budget covers travel and meals with coaches and club owners.
08 · First 90 days · Territory plan
Learn, engage, spec
Illustrative weeks follow the phase milestones, not confirmed bookings. Jump Smart (December 12) and Reno (January) move to the week matching the start date. Six fly trips remain a budget assumption; return trips depend on live pursuits.

09 · Day-90 targets
What I'll be measured on
Built for one rep ramping in month one, with track spec cycles that run 6 to 18 months. Activity targets are committed; outcome targets are early indicators, not closed orders.

Qualified signals per week (by day 60)
Funded or designer hired
Architect spec meetings per week
Weekly rate once onboarded

Starting day 31
Partner/dealer training sessions held
Product, install, sales kit
In-person contacts per travel day

Outcome
Installers trained on OSST
At least 2 in TX/OK
Projects with OSSTrax in design discussion
Early indicator, not a closed order
To confirm: whether Ecore's existing registered CEU courses can be presented right away. If a new CEU needs approval first, 2 is the safer commitment.

Separate ask · FloTrack / MileSplit pilot, $3,000, from Marketing budget.
First 90 days run heavier on architect lunches and introductory trips. Steady-state spend should come in lower once introductions are done. Mileage rate is a planning assumption to align with the current IRS rate and Ecore policy.
11 · Expansion roadmap
Beyond day 90
Months 4–6
First Texas installs under contract. Signal Engine expanded to all states. Second CEU tour through Mountain hubs.
Months 6–9
California and Pacific Northwest pursuits move to design stage. Installer partners certified on the West Coast.
Months 9–12
Western Canada distributor or installer partner signed. First municipal project in BC or Alberta pipeline.
Year 1 review
12-month territory plan with spec win rate, pipeline by region and a flagship Western championship venue target.
